I have recently acquired a HP Touchpad, in fact, I am using it to write this right now. It's a great piece of kit, although all tablets are of course nothing more than toys, but what a cool toy.

What's even cooler is the fact I have not had to jump on the iPlod bandwagon. To me, Apple is the new Microsoft. The iDevices are too restrictive and much, much too expensive. In fact, Google (and Android) are now heading in that direction with their purchase of Motorola. I think they have iAsperations and that is not a good development... Hence the HP Touchpad. A very good, but dropped, piece of kit is the only one for me... Why? Well, forget all the other dribble, I just like it.

It was cheap enough for me to afford it, it's simple enough to use for Kim to like it and quality enough for me to love it.

You may think, "Hang on! He just called Kim simple!"... Not at all, Kim just doesn't like technology, like many people.
